Banzen Warren has been an advocate for persons with disabilities for most of his life and has been a professional in the human services field for 18 years. Warren brings a wealth and diversity of experience to Restoration Concepts, Inc. as Executive Director. Upon graduation from North Carolina State University, he worked directly with consumers with disabilities and their families. Over the years, Banzen has embraced the challenges created by an ever-changing system while serving in supervisory and administrative roles in public and private sector agencies. Banzen has been married for 10 years and has two children, ages four and eight. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys camping and fishing with family, hiking, and backpacking. He has a passion for riding motorcycles and enjoys organized rides with church friends and coworkers.

Mr. Utt has a wealth of clinical experience over his 35 year career in human services. He earned a Master’s Degree from the University of South Carolina and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. From social work experience while serving in the United States Army, where he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for exemplary service, to supervisory and administrative positions in public and private sector agencies, he has extensive and varied experience with all disability groups. While at Pathways, Mr. Utt served as the Coordinator of Emergency Services and Client Rights Coordinator and was responsible for considerable policy and procedure development.

Mrs. Bradshaw has 27 years of clinical experience in a variety of private and public settings. She was an emergency room triage nurse for eight years, an administrator as well as human resources and utilization manager in a nursing home, and worked for many years at Pathways as a case manager, and Case Management Program Supervisor as well as serving in Utilization Management and Screening, Triage, and Referral. Under her leadership as Program Supervisor, the Cleveland County Adult Mental Health Unit was recognized as one of the highest producing units in the three county area. Since leaving Pathways, Mrs. Bradshaw has worked in private sector agencies as the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement officer and Training Coordinator and has contracted with agencies in a consulting role before accepting her current position as QA/QI Director.
