Restoration Concepts provides Community Support Adult and Team Services and Diagnostic Assessment to persons with severe, persistent mental health and substance abuse needs. We also provide Targeted Case Management for persons with developmental disabilities.

Our staff members, whose training surpasses federal and state standards, assess and treat clients in a respectful, effective manner. Though each individuals’ specific goals are unique, we strive to improve all clients’ levels of independence and involvement within their individual circumstance and residential settings.
